I think you need to give a better definition to "Graphical way"... I suppouse that a plan using a tree view is a graphical way. Is it?

There is a separate product called Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager (RELM) that provides visualizations of artifacts and their relationships based on customizable views of data from one or more tools. Very cool.

I am not sure, but wouldn't the Links Explorer of DNG do the trick? This would of course require that a requirement artefact is linked to the story.
