RQM 2.0: Web start up in wrong language

I have installed RQM 2.0 Beta 2. On the machine where i start the RQM Web /jazz/web/console/QM, it is shown in the wrong language:

I installed RQM on another machine and selected only english.

The PC os is Vista, originally in German. But i changed the lagnague (very commong) to english, so everything on the pc is in english. But starting RQM web on this machine still shows it in german.

How can i configure RQM/TS to show up in english by default, or at least in the laguagen i chose on my os?

I checked that and there were several languages, but in the wrong order. I put english at the top position.

just perfect. Thanks
