Hi

CLM 4.0.6 is installed on Windows server 2008 R2. Database is Oracle.

Developers in my project are using Red hat JBOSS Developer Studio Version 8.0.0 GA Eclipse IDE with RTC for Java and JSP development. They need to copy web page contents from MS Word documents into jsp code. When developers check in JSP files in RTC source control special characters such as ? are being inserted into the lines.

I wanted to know if anyone experienced it. Please let me know what could be causing the issue and how to avoid it.

I think this probably rather an Eclipse question and does not have anything to do with RTC or your Database. I'd rather check in an Eclipse forum.
