RTC 2.0 can not refresh Project Explorer View after upgrade

I am using RTC Express C. After upgrade from RTC 2.0RC2 to RTC 2.0, now when I try to refresh the project on Explorer View (F5) I get an error message:
An internal error occurred during "Refreshing Ignore Changes"
The source control metadata for 'C:/bla/bla/' is missing parent information.

Then I go to the directory and all files are there.
Any idea to fix this issue so I can update my repository?
Thanks

Using Eclipse under Kubuntu,

I get:

An internal error occurred during: "Computing local changes".
The source control metadata for '/home/..user../workspace/...' is missing parent information

When loading eclipse, and then later, if attempting to refresh pending changes view, I see all my projects have become "out of sync", An attempt to reload projects will give me your error message.

This seems not to have anything to do with your (or my) source files, but only relates to the metadata.. which have been lost somehow.

I have this problem too, on both OS X and Linux.

RTC 2.0.0.2 iFix8 (on CSNext within IBM, if that makes a difference).

How can I recover from this?
