There's few possibilities:

If RRDI and v4x : https://jazz.net/forum/questions/135588/rrdi-doesnt-support-enumeration_list-in-rtc-404
Using earler RTC version : http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21638259

I am building a report to track multiple defects but I realize that the enumeration list I was trying to pull from is not showing up in the data warehouse.

Is there a developer that can help confirm if the enumeration list is in or not in the data warehouse?

What is jazz best practice to solving this scenarios?

I am using RRDI to build the report.
Yes, they are enumeration list custom.
