RQM Custom Reporting

So I've setup RQM V2B2 and I've integrated it with RQM Custom Reporting/Insight. I have it pulling data for a single project and I'm able to sketch up reports easily.
Now the tool is technically able but may not be commercially enabled to report across project but what I really want to know is:
Is cross project reporting for RQM possible out of the box with the RQM Custom Reporting engine?
If so how?

RQM Custom Reporting supports multiple projects. The default project area is Quality Manager, and you can add new project in the XML Configuration Data Lite, then you can use multiple project data in your report.
