JAZZ DEVELOPER
In RTC 2.0, From the Change Explorer you can press the top-right drop down
arrow and choose "Save Change Log..." with the Filesytem checkbox
enabled. You can populate the change explorer by comparing
workspaces/streams/snapshots to get your 'list of delivered change sets'.
