create user -> repo perms -> scm options do not appear

Just downloaded JazzTeamServer-0.6M3a & TeamConcert-0.6M3a-win32. Going thru the tutorial, in create user step , under repository permissions -> scm.personal_component and scm.repository_workspace permissions do not appear. How do I get them ? Have I missed any step ? Later, I am not able to put sample project under jazz source control.

If you click on a user in the team editor and show the properties page, you will see these permissions. Make sure they are checked.

Property of any user is greyed out. Edit shows options build.admin, repository.admin, reader, writer only.
