JP RTC 2.0 - New workitem by severity report - unknown label

When I try to open the New workitems by severity report, the severity label is displayed as unknown. Similarly, when I open the Closed workitems daily report, the severity label is displayed as unknown.

These happen on the Japanese RTC 2.0. Should I create a workitem for these problems?
