Is it possible for RTC to create pre-Defined Work Items based off another Work Item being created.

For example, when we create a new Story we'd like to have some Task work items automatically created under them. CQ ALM has a feature similar to this. We don't need all the fields filled in, just the Task name and listed as a child to the Story work item.

I searched the forums and found a post back in August where it was recommended that a Work Item be opened to RTC for this, but I'm not sure if this was ever done.
