Is it possible to use Jazz Repository for RAD/RSA 7 projects
Hello,
I am wondering how/if Jazz could be used in projects that use RSA v7 to
develop JEE apps for, e.g. WAS6.1.
Since the underlying eclipse versions are different (3.2 for RSA v7 vs.
3.3 for Jazz) this cannot be done from within one eclipse shell.
To avoid having to duplicate the projects, I tried to import the RSA
projects into my Jazz workspace with the option not to copy them.
But it seems that in order to share a project, it has to be directly in
the jazz workspace.
Having to duplicate the projects and syncronizing them locally by hand
seems bad to me.
I am not sure about how sharing the workspaces would work (with all the
metadata in it).
Are there other options to combine RSA with Jazz?
Thanks,
Michael

The problem about not being able to share linked projects where the content is not in the eclipse workspace was fixed yesterday.

Also, the next update (winter 08 i think) to RAD which I think is based on 3.3, so they will be compatible at release time.
