Hi Frank, the current thought is to move in M5 (~ January) assuming the migration from 0.9 to 1.0 isn't disruptive. We are focused on delivering beta 2 and I don't want to disrupt web UI teams who spent a good deal of M3 porting to Dojo 0.9.

This is based on the assumption that Dojo 1.0 doesn't require much adoption, which is our current understanding, based on the nature of the changes. If it turns out that Dojo 1.0 requires a great deal of adoption, then there's a chance we won't even adopt it in the RTC 1.0 timeframe.
