Hello, same question here.

I assume that this documentation will be published in RQM's infocenter when RQM 2.0 is released, but in the meantime, where can it be found?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in the process of adding some API documentation to the RQM wiki. This is currently a work in progress, but I should have the first pass completed by Friday. It can be found at https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi .
