Is there a way to perform an impact analysis on the source code or elements located in a project area to locate possible dependences?

I am not aware of an existing tool that fits your needs. However, this video - https://jazz.net/library/video/488 should provide you some information to get started.

 According to this it's only possible for Iseries, I'm looking for something for java, .Net or similar.
