Automatic re-run of failed test cases in a Test Suite

Is there any way to actually re-run automated test cases that have failed during a Test Suite run. In other words, can this be done automatically? My client requires all his scheduled failed test cases ( that form part of his test suite) to be re-run automatically. Can this be done in RQM?

There was an Enhancement delivered in the 4.x stream that seems similar to what your are requesting
