In the future, it would help if you could provide a bit more detail
about what versions you are using, what you are trying to accomplish,
what you have tried already, but I'll try to answer the short question.


I'm assuming you are talking about the junit plugin that holds our
server side tests. Assuming yuo are talking about 2.0RC2, it should be
available in the
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/milestones/2.0RC2/JazzJUnitTests-2.0RC2.zip package.
