Selector couldn't choose a server and connection is lost in between the running jobs

Hi,

We are using buildforge of version  7.1.3.2.
Problem: When there are multiple requests(5-10) to the build forge at a time, in the between the execution of the jobs the connection is lost suddenly for the selector where the jobs are running.
Also when multiple jobs are running on the same selector the time taken and cpu usage is more.

How to avoid this??
