I am trying to migrate CQ records to RTC using RTC Client. When I am trying to connect to clearquest through import in RTC client, it gives me an error "The clearquest java native library, cqjni.jar cannot be found. this file is installed as part of Clearquest and it is necessary to run the clearquest import tool".

Is it possible to import records from CQ to RTC using web version of |Clearquest?

The error message is accurate ... you need to have cqjni.jar available on the client which is doing the import, and the easiest way to get that library installed is to install the CQ rich client.

If by "from ClearQuest web version", you mean "without installing the ClearQuest rich client", that is correct.
