i want some of the custom sections to make mandatory for  user at the time of creating Test Plan/Case and if user doesn't provide value to any of these then mandatory section the RQM not let user to proceed further and give an error message about the "Required field value". can anybody help me out on this.

Thanks Ara, This was one pre condition. How can i set this as pre-condition-- "
"Disallow Execution of Test case if no Requirement is associated with it"   ?
