Two project areas on the RTC server.   Have checked:
  • All sections of Configuration  / Planning -- no red flags
  • There is a bad work item template, but I doubt that this is the cause.

Subsequent observations:  Both the affect project areas have "dangling" entries in "Quick Information Presentations" that appear to be due to configuration addition that has been mostly excised.

Removing the dangling Quick Information Presentations has no effect upon this situation.

Nice !   I find work item types in both projects w None work flow.   It appears that the workflow has been deleted, too.
