Work item query displaying old tested by test case name

We have a situation where a Test Case (using Test Case as an example name) was linked to a Story via Tested By Test Case.   About a week ago the Test Case name was changed from Test Case to DEVQA_Test Case.

We created a query to list the Story and the Tested By Test Case.  The results of the query execution shows the updated name (DEVQA_Test Case).  When we extract the results of the  query it shows the old name (Test Case). 

Does anyone know what is going on and how we might fix it?

I got the same problem in both v4.0.6 and v5.0.1 and the updated test case name not reflecting in the printable format only. I believe this should be a defect.(Unless this has been fixed in v5.0.2 which I don't have the environment to test with). You can create a defect workitem:
