Can I change a work item status based on a timer event?

Hi,

I would like to change the status of a work item automatically based on a timer event, e.g. 3 days.

Is this possible?

RTC version 5.0.1.

nothing builtin to do this. you can write cron jobs and scripts to do that

Ralph has just published a java api commandlne for workitem manipulation

REST also would work (altho I really dislike the REST api).
