Web UI no longer works due to equinoxbridgeservlet error

I am not sure when this started but the Web UI is longer allowing for any query or new workitem to be processed. I get an error stating, "Error creating new workItem (OK)". These actions work fine from RTC Client. Here is the stacktrace from the logs:

As described in Defect 32480 (your bug was marked a dup of this one), you can resolve this problem by upgrading your WAS JVM to a newer version. More info in Defect 32480.
