Why am I getting Import error in Design Manager 5.0.2.

I have integrated Rational System Architect with Design Manager 5.0.2. I'm able to see the diagrams in Import request.
On import i get the failed error. Hovering over the Stage column shows "Permission is denied to the System Architect server". Looking in the Dm log files I get : ERROR com.ibm.rational.psm.sadiagram.importer.ImportTaskExecutor  - Import request is broken.Permission is denied to the System Architect server.

In widows Application log I can see an Error which says,
SARest OSLC service (Error from this Service)
Key cannot be null.

Any pointers , suggestions will be very helpful.
