Add users to mutiple project areas in RTC without going to each project area

Hello!
Is there a way to add users (and assign roles) to mutiple project areas, without going to each project area and manually add them? This is something that takes a lot of time, everytime we have to add users to project areas and team areas.

Thanks for your attention.

You can use the HTTP REST services.   See article: https://jazz.net/library/article/633

I do not believe there is any way to automate this.  You could try using a Lifecycle project, create it as a blank one, add in all your existing project area containers (don't use the lifecycle proj creation to create any project areas).  Once they have all been added you can then add users, it does have a way to expedite adding the user/s to all the project area containers and then you can manage the user roles individually in the lifecycle project user manager area.

For team areas your stuck manually managing them.  Easiest method for that might be to offload the task of managing members for them to team leads. Give the tema lead role (whatever that is in your process config) the ability to modify and manage team areas and they can then manage individuals in and out of them.

At least it's something to add people to multiple project areas. Thanks for your explanation
