Error message at the end of the installation of RM plugin for Firefox

I have installed CLM 5.0.2 and tried installing RM plugin on Firefox v31 which ended up with the following error message.
The server "<Unknown Server>" is configured to collaborate with the server "https://myservername:9443/jts/".
But I can see   RMBRowserAddon 5.0.1 has successfully added into Add-ons of Firefox. When I trying to edit any picture is warning me that the plugin is not installed. This is getting into an infinite loop.

RM Plugin is only comptible with 32-bit versions of FF & IE.
Refer text "The RDNG Graphical Editor is supported in 32-bit mode using Internet Explorer and Firefox on Windows (Only)" in the footnote of the Browsers section of System Requirements.

If it's indeed a 32bit firefox version you can try to copy the following two files
msvcr71.dll
msvcrt.dll
from C:\Users\<user name>\RMAddOn-<VERSION>\jre\bin
to Windows\system32 and to Windows\SysWOW64  (SysWOW64 is only
necessary if it's a 64bit OS) and restart firefox again.
Where <VERSION> corresponds to your actual version
