JTS Upgrade fails with Lock ID failure

 Hello All,

I am getting an error while running a jts_upgrade.sh step 1 it is failing because of Lock ID.. 

Can anyone tell how to resolve this issue?

You don't want to ask a new question as an answer to a two year old question. I corrected that.
You want to provide version information and the error message and possibly some log information, if you want people to answer your question.

Usually errors with respect to the lock ID are because you point to the wrong DB - that is in use by a different application. E.g. You confuse the RTC/CCM DB and the JTS DB. Check your migration steps and check the DB settings in the teamserver.properties files.

A second thought, this can happen, I think if you point the JTS upgrade script to the CCM location.
