Why After adding "Test Schedule" to an established test plan, on "Save", I'm getting "Unable to save Test Plan Test phase name was NOT specified!"?
After having created and established test plan and running execution records, it was decided for better reporting purposes that I use the timeline feature of from the "Test Schedule" section. After adding this section and attempting to add a timeline and iteration, I'm getting:

Please see Unable to save test plan due to error "test phase name was not specified" if the page has been opened for a long duration (77801). There was no fix for Unable to save test plan due to error "test phase name was not specified" if the page has been opened for a long duration (77801) delivered in RQM 4.0.3. See comment 9 for the developer's summary of the root cause. If this problem persists, please open a RQM PMR.
