RTC: Unable to linking work items to requirements in DOORS Next Gen

I’m having an issue with linking ccm work items into rm. More specifically, rm can communicate with ccm but not vice-versa. This is on CLM 5.0.1, using RTC and DOORS NextGen.

I'm unable to attached is an image of the error, since my reputation < 60.

Here’s the text: Problems acquiring the remote service document: Error accessing https://<server>:9443/rm/discovery/_tFsGcFlEEeSQm5SPeKAZsg/services.xml: Bad Request

Even more specifically, our problem seems to be with the prepare to select an artifact portion of the linking process from ccm.  We can create links from rm back to ccm (affects requirement, or any other,) and we can both rich hover and traverse the links once created.

My use case: to create a defect work item in /ccm and attempt to link it using the ‘Affects Requirement’ link.

I have attempted this use case on a 5.0.1 sandbox (hosted by IBM) successfully. As well as on our demo JAZZ box (4.0.x). This use case is unsuccessful on our production JAZZ (5.0.1). So I’m trying to narrow down the issue on our particular JAZZ install.

JTS, CCM, QM, and RM are all installed on one VM. Database is on another VM. System clock is off by -364 ms, which seems within allowed limits.

Something does not look right here. I would expect the URI to be
https://<server>:9443/rm/oslc_rm/_tFsGcFlEEeSQm5SPeKAZsg/services.xml
not as shown in the error message.
I suggest you contact Support if you have not already done so.
