Can not print a Workitem with Attachment in RTC

 Can not print a Workitem with Attachment in RTC. We can print a defect or CR workitem when there is no file attached to the workitem. Can anyone help?

Unless you provide more information about what you see and what you try to achieve, I doubt anyone can help. Is there an error? What gets printed and what not....

We are using CLM 5.0.

When try to print any work item using the Print Icon on the workitem, we get a blank page when there is an attachment to the workitem.
If there is no attachment to the workitem, we get a window pop with the details of the printer and the workitem to print which is a default behavior.

The issue is with the workitems who have an attachment.

Please file a PMR with support. If this is a general behavior I think there is a defect that should be tracked down and get fixed.
