Jazz Reporting Service Entry Missing in the Catalog List
After completing the https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/JazzReportingServiceandLQE5xBetaSetupGuide?cover=print#Setup_guide_for_the_IBM_Jazz_Rep there was no entry "Jazz Reporting Service" in the Catalog list. (in the Project Dashboard) Why is this llimited just to the Personal Dashboard?

In JRS 5.0.x is necessary to add the application as friend to each of the applications that you want the JRS catalog to appear in. So for instance with RTC, you would need to get your Jazz admin to add the JRS as a friend to the RTC server (i.e. through /ccm/admin page).
