Stop rtc emails after bulk changes made

 Hi,

I had to bulk update lots of work items yesterday which kicked off a host of update emails to users.  I turned off the mail notifications which has stopped it but when I turn it back on I assume it will resume?

Is there a way to clear them from a queue or something?

yes they will resume..

I am not aware of any mechanism to clear the email backlog.
