Requesting build fails

Hi,
I tried to follow the steps in "Jazz tutorial | Using Build", after I defined the build script and build description and build engine, I clicked the "request build", the build runs for quite a while and prompts that there are some errors. I'd like to know how to trouble shoot the failure? I viewed the log but have no idea... Below is the log info. Is that because I didn't check in the change when a new build script "build.xml" was built? But in the "Pending change" tab, it prompts that there's "no change"... Any body has any idea? Thanks so much!
