We want to use RESTful web services of Rational Quality manager through which we can log into the server using authorized credentials and then can use the appropriate web service to insert data related to the test cases, test plans, test suites like name of the test case, date created, description etc.

Can you help me by providing appropriate samples for performing such operation through REST API's of RQM?

You can get started with the RQM Reportable REST API by familiarizing yourself with the WIKI including the Common Usage Scenarios to help you get started.

Note, RQM also supports the RQM OSLC API.
