How to export Test Cases from excel and word to RQM

Can u plz tell me how can we export Test cases, requirements, defects from Microsoft-Excel and Microsoft-word to rational quality manager?

I had to convert Excel to csv files and convert using Rational Manual Tester. Word files, single lines, converted into Manual Tester files. Then use the migration utility in RQM to convert from Manual Tester to RQM.

I hear that in RQM2.0 has the capability to import documents.
