how to notify all the users in JAZZ of an activity.

Hi,

We would like to know if there is a way to send an email to all the JAZZ users informing them about some scheduled activities planned against the JAZZ environment.

In our environment we are using LDAP for managing users. I don't find an option to pull out some reports based on the user list.

Hello,

this is currently not possible,

but Email notification to Group (85418)

and Team based email notifications. (177613)

should address this.

Hi Anoop,

I do agree with Eric and you can try using the System Alerts in JTS admin page. where it broadcast the infomration in the Application Login pages.

eg: System Outages.
