It's not possible to set "Deliverable" via OSLC. So we ended up writing a Java application

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Karthik,

in Consuming OSCL_CM 2.0 article on jazz.net there is a good description on how to use creation service to create a change request via OSLC. There is also a link to the updated Resource Oriented API for the OSLC_CM 2.0 spec for RTC. In the RTC WorkItem vocabulary mentioned there I find rtc_cm:foundIn as the resource of type Deliverable. However, it is marked as read-only so it seems the out of the box Deliverable value cannot simply be set when using the creation factory.
I would need to try for custom attributes of type Deliverable, naively using the creation factory approach which is also described in this wiki.

Will update the answer with details once that is done.
