Importing "Related Artifacts" from CSV : not adding additional "Related Artifact" to existing work item

Hi

When I import a new "Related Artifact" link for an existing work item the import is replacing the existing link with the imported link.  Is it possible to get the csv import to add the imported "related artifact" link as an additional link rather than replacing the existing one for existing work items?
