What do you want to do? There is no command-line that allows to access this kind of data. You are not supposed to read the CCM database and you will have a hard time to read data there anyway.

You can use the Plain Java Client Libraries to create automation if you so desire. See https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2012/12/09/analyzing-a-aroject-areas-members-and-roles-using-the-plain-java-client-libraries/ for examples.
