The best way is to create a team with your teammates, and use a team dashboard to track your team's progress. Once you create the team and are added to it, you can find the dashboard in the Dashboard page in the side navigation under the project. You can then configure permissions for who can edit it in the project/team process.

Alternatively, in RTC 2.0 you'll be able to share personal dashboards and make them viewable by others. The downside with this approach is that it is only editable by the creator, and will only show in the side navigation by default for the creator (other users will need to keep a bookmark to it).
