Work Item cache is not working at RTC 4.0.1

Hi,
      Work Item cache is not working at RTC 4.0.1 when i access it via the web medium.
When we are on a plan, I change the status and we open the workitem. In some cases, the status displayed on the work item is incorrect & confusing. If we refresh the entire webpage, the correct value is displayed. I use Firefox ESR 17 and IE 8.
Any ideas on how to correct this?

                   This issue appears to be fixed in ver 4.0.5
