How do I add html syntax to get other types of markup formatting in the task description field?
One of my developer is trying to add html markup tags in the task description field but they are not working for her. Sharon F. wrote: I understand the Description field in dbJazz is of type “HTML Long” and so I would expect to be able to format text into bulleted lists complete with preserved indentation. I see that there is a menu which provides some formatting actions like Bolding and Italicizing, but how do I format text in this field like so:

I tried just cutting and pasting from this email, but that didn’t preserve the formatting.
What I get is this:
· Bullet 1
Is there any way to use html syntax to create these required formatting?
