3 Weeks ago I entered an ER (78720) in Rational Team Concert Project. Since then the status hasn't changed and nobody has answered the discussions. How do I ensure that someone has seen it/ read it?

I have linked a couple of people involved with planning who can comment

on your workitem or who will know who would be able to comment on it.
