 Hi

1) How to apply triggers on RTC projects?
 Mainly I am looking for a trigger is  "user should not  have permission to delete an element in RTC

2) Is there any other way or other method to apply triggers.

Hello Sreedhara,

Can you please elaborate what exactly you are looking for?

If i am not wrong, User with JAZZ ADMIN access can only delete work items.

There are various triggers available in Operation Behaviour.

You can also fine tune project area permissions.

Hi What I am looking is :- User will add a new file or new directory, after adding thy will do CHECKIN and DELIVER Once they have done CHECKIN and DELIVER they should not have permission to delete the files or folders this is what I am looking for. In clearcase we can put trigger.. the same way how to do it in RTC

You can try the precondition "Team Configuration -> Operation Behavior -> Operations -> Source Control -> Deliver Phase 2 -> Preconditions -> Restrict Changes by Item Name" mentioned in the post https://jazz.net/forum/questions/74582/how-to-restrict-file-and-folder-deletion-in-rtc-3011
