Logged by my user and Jazz show admin
One answer
I've been solved by change user name with this steps
-
RTC >3.x:
a. Go to JTS Advanced Properties page
b. Search for "com.ibm.team.repository.service.jts.internal.userregistry.UnsupportedUserRegistryProvider"
c. Set: Ability to Modify User IDs to true
-
After changing it to unsupported user directory, users with JazzAdmins role can edit the user ids
-
Change the incorrect user ids to
{user_id}_archived
.
For example, rename "HELEN" to "HELEN_archived" and archive the user
-
Rename and archive all the incorrect user ids
-
Change the user directory back to LDAP
- Now all the users can login using their LDAP password

Sep 10 '14, 1:31 p.m.Are your applications configured with LDAP authentication ? I've seen this if the groups for JazzUser, JazzAdmin, etc are different between the JTS and its application.
You can "open" the ID in the WebUI ( choose the pulldown adjacent to the logged in user / Show my Profile and Licenses )
