Verify the health of RTC build engine

Hi there,
I'm now using scmtools to verify the health of RTC,basically if my shell script can login through scm, RTC is working properly.
My question is, is there a command line way, to verify the health of build engines? Does anyone know how to pull out the build engine status in command line?
