[closed] Can I change "?" icon to reffer to another link?
It is possible that no help would be _defined_ for some places where the "?" icon is shown. E.g. on the title of an executed work item query.

Did you mean to say that no content is displayed when you mouse over the question mark?
It might say "No help available" but the balloon will display.
What happened to the OP ??
