New ClearCase Webcast: Introducing Automatic Views
N
ext week on Tuesday 9/9 at 9AM EST (2PM GMT), we are hosting a webcast with a special guest, Peter Hack, the ClearCase architect, who will introduce a new significant feature in ClearCase, named "Automatic Views".
Briefly, Automatic View is a new kind of a view, quite similar to dynamic views that access files directly from the servers' storage over a network file system. The new type of view can work from remote sites as well, in high speed, over the internet (WAN). No copy-based work-spaces are needed! To learn more and join the webcast, click here |

Tamir, this forum is not for announcements.
If you need to use it for this kind of stuff - which I find questionable, as it does not apply to any tool we are talking about here - please edit your question to make it look like a question. Then answer your question with your announcement and let an administrator know to accept the answer as correct.
Otherwise We will have to close the entry, because there will never be a valid answer. And we just feed the number of unanswered questions.
Thanks.
