What is RequestRemoteEnterpriseProcessUpdatesTask is unscheduled?

But I could not find the solution?
CRJAZ1992E The "com.ibm.team.process.RequestRemoteEnterpriseProcessUpdatesTask" task could not be completed and is now unscheduled. Error details: "CRJAZ0368E A database query could not run on the server. stmt = select distinct t1.ITEM_ID, t1.STATE_ID, t1.INTERNAL_LAST_UPDATE_ATTEMPTED from RTCJTS.PROCESS_PROCESS_PROVIDR_CCH_TM t1 order by t1.INTERNAL_LAST_UPDATE_ATTEMPTED asc"
As per the above article the last actions performed from my side are adding new users to RTC using LDAP registry.

Comments Thank you Krzysztof after relooking into this that. I found that there are some inavlid users in RTC. As a result the task was failed. After archiving these users the task ran fine. |
