Not able to send mail through RTC server

Hi,

  I am using RTC 4.0.6. After configuring the Email Notifications in RTC server and tried to send the test mail, the message pop-up " Mail sent successfully" but in LOGS it shows the following Error:

CRJAZ1999E The e-mail message contains some invalid recipients.  The e-mail was sent successfully to the valid recipients, but the following are invalid: ...[email address]....

can you please help me???

Can you provide this e-mail address? Does it contain any unusual characters?
